DEVELOPMENT AREA
The Royal Club Holiday Premium Resort has a total area of 27,000 square metres with magnificent views of the Adriatic Sea and the PAG island. The marina and sandy beach are 500 metres from the exclusive beachfront apartments and villas.
DEVELOPER
The developer is the Zagreb-based company Prestige Park d.o.o., part of the well-capitalised Hungarian-owned Prestige City Park Group. In 2016, the company started its first real estate development projects in Budapest, including the 322-apartment Duna Terasz Residential Park and several smaller condominium developments. The owners have extensive contacts in Croatia and Hungary.
PORT
The yacht marina part of the premium resort is currently being extended. The development will deliver a modern marina with a total capacity of 200 yachts. The marina will be open all year round and will include a club house, bar, café, restaurant, shop, petrol station, service station, harbour master, crane service, 140-space car park, security access and boat storage.
